MEDIA CENTER – Attention Students: Thunderbird Reads, Thunderbird’s book talk night, is coming April 25th and NOW is a great time to start reading. Here is what you need to do: choose a book from the list, read the book, attend the book talk night at to discuss on April 25 at 6:00 PM. Simple as that! Some classes may even offer extra credit for participation. Get involved, READ! English teachers should have a list of participating teachers and books hanging in classrooms or check out the display in the Media Center to see what’s offered. Many of the books are available for check out in the Media Center. Sign up with participating teachers or see Mr. Fowler in the Media Center. (3/31 too)

STUDENT COUNCIL – If you are interested in running for a student council class officer, applications are in the Media Center. They will be due next Friday, April 21st. (Zimmerman)

CPA GRAD NIGHT – Seniors – Today – Both lunches the Chief Parent Association will have their table set up for the 2017 Grad Night trip. Stop by to pick up a packet, drop off your completed or get more information. Don’t miss out on this fun trip! (Kreamer) (4/21, 4/28 too)

BOOKSTORE – Seniors: If you did not pick up your graduation invitations yet, please stop by the bookstore to get your order. If there is still a balance owed, you can pay on-line, or bring in money order or cash. SORRY NO CHECKS. (Ramsay) (4/17 too)

DANCE – Tickets are on sale for the THS Spring Dance Recital. The show runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 20, 21, 22. Performances begin at 7 PM. All tickets are $7.00 each in the bookstore. You may buy tickets before and after school, or during lunch only. Seating is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets are sold at the door too. But pre-ticked audience members are seated first. If you make sure to arrive between 6:15 and 6:30 PM. (Condor) (4/17, 4/20)

STUDENT COUNCIL – Student body applications are due by the end of the day to Room I-213. If you want to run for a student council student body officer, make sure your application is turned in. The election will be next Friday. (Zimmerman)
