As the end of the school year approaches, this is a friendly reminder to pay attention to how you’re feeling and to take care of yourself. With finals, graduation, and summer break approaching, this month can be particularly stressful, be, sure to take plenty of breaks while studying, utilize your coping skills, and don’t keep your emotions bottled up. If it all starts feelings like too much to handle, know the you’re not alone and our school community is here for you.

If you don’t feel comfortable reaching out to us, you can reach out to a trained teen counselor by calling or texting the Teen Lifeline number on the back of your student ID. (ILardo) 05/11, 05/14
