Hello My Name Is...

Ms. Cynthia Cantrell A.A.,B.A.E.

I have an Associate's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.  In addition, I am Arizona State Certified in teaching students with learning disabilities, emotional disabilities and M.R.  I have been teaching Special Education for the past sixteen years.  I taught three years in Special Education in an Elementary, Full Inclusion program for grades K, 1, 2, 4,5,and 6.  In addition, I taught eighth grade, full inclusion, for five years. 

Currently, I teach in the Community Based program at Thunderbird High School.  I coach several areas in Special Olympics and I also sponsor the Best Buddies Club.  I am located in room 1200 at (623) 915-8900 extension 7220.
