PARENT UNIVERSITY 2026

Glendale Union High School District invites families to Parent University, a series of workshops designed to support parents as their teens navigate high school. Trusted experts lead these sessions and focus on real challenges students face today. Families can explore resource tables hosted by community partners, enjoy door prizes at each event, and access Spanish translation services to ensure all families feel supported.

The next Parent University workshop will be held at Apollo High School on February 3 from 5–7 PM. This event is free and open to all GUHSD families.

Student Art in Shemer New Horizons Art Show

Congratulations to two of our talented art students whose work is being showcased in the Shemer New Horizons High School Art Show!

Veronica Trikoff (2D Art) earned two awards for her outstanding work—the Benton Family Award and the Pep Award, taking home a total of $100 in prize money.

Kamryn Tumbleson (3D Art) received the Inspirational Artist Award, earning $50 in prize money.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Their work will be on display at the Shemer Art Center in Arcadia from now until February 19th. We are incredibly proud of these students and their hard work. Way to represent Titans!
