On Saturday, 26 OCT, THS NJROTC went head to head with 10 JROTC schools from all across Phoenix at the American Legion Post 41 John McCain Drill Competition. When the smoke cleared, the long and hard effort and practice had all paid off and Thunderbird held the top honor with First Place Overall, taking home a $2,000 dollar grand prize.
