**There are several good things to share about the boys varsity tennis team.  They have an undefeated season record at 13-0 (assuming we win tomorrow which we will).  3 boys went undefeated all season in singles competition:  Derek James, Scott Rowe, Shawn Thomas.  2 out of the 3 doubles teams also went undefeated in the regular season:  Derek James/Chris Malayan and Scott Rowe/Carlos Waldron.  Theses are hard feats to accomplish.  An even harder one is that Derek James, playing at the number 1 spot all 3 years has gone undefeated in regular season play all 3 years.  Derek also won the singles division at the Paseo West Vally High School Tournament this year and the team was Runner's Up (2nd place) in the PVCC doubles tournament.

**One JV player brand new to tennis went undefeated all season and that is Andrew Tom playing at the #3 spot in all matches except for one where he played at the #1 spot.
THS will be hosting the first round of state tennis on Tuesday.

NICE JOB, STUDENTS!  We are proud of you!
